Like others I guess I'm dumb and would pay ~$5 if I could change both my appearance (just like when I made my characters) and name. Since there are a lot of us 'dumb folks' who are willing to do this, hopefully A.net implements it and rakes in a lot of money. The ones who don't want it, don't have to pay.
Works out for all and everyone is happy (and some folks make some $$$).

There's no way you'd find me paying real money for it, but I probably wouldn't blink at paying anywhere up to 100k for the chance to spruce up some of my toons.

I'd pay 100 gold to change features, no problem.
I'd even pay more gold in game if I felt like it.
I would not however pay real cash, I'd sooner pay real cash for a new char slot and make the new character look how I want, or just delete the character and start over if it bothered me that much.

Well since my blue hair goes with nothing other than blue armour, forcing me to dye all my armours blue,
Anything.
Edit: actually it's quite unique, but a change would be nice.

100g for changing hairstyle
100g for changing haircolor
100g for changing the face
100g for changing the height
I think i covered that. basically I would only want to pay 100g to change appearance otherwise, I'll have to live with the mistaken look. yeah, forgot, no real life money will be spent by me to get the "plactic surgery"

Less than 10k for a haircut, I don't really care about dyeing my hair since all my armors are dyed according to my hair color .
But I won't pay RL money, I'm happy with my haircut, but it would be nice to change it some times.

I'll never pay real money for this in any way. You can't make people pay 100k for a different hairstyle. Many players can't afford that. There are a lot of people with under 100k in their stock. It's not possible to put this price for this. I think that 15k is a max for hairstyle. Now if we can change faces or height or tan, it's a different story. But Gaile said that it's too much work and you know that they are all on GW2 now ... But we can have faith, it's still free ^^

I would pay around 5k for a haircut
maybe 2-3k for hair colour
I like my characters being female, so i dont care aobut sex-changing though a tempo tonic would be fun at times.
As for face reconstruction, i think thats going too far.
It would be cool, if for the haircuts, they implement some new styles as well as old, or maybe let any profession have any professions style if you get me.
